Bionic Database Enhancements

This is a fundamental and essential building block process to provide the foundation for streamlined cost estimating, and cost and schedule management. These “Bionic Database Enhancements” are broken down into two (2) key categories, Required and Optional, and recognizing that virtually every commercially database such as RSMeans, BNi, Saylor, Wessex, etc. were originated as printed in book form only. A great example of this is RSMeans which is widely used in North America including the United States, Canada, and Mexico originally published in 1942 by Robert Snow Means (R.S. Means) and is now a part of the Gordian group of companies. RSMeans databases have been available electronically over the last 30+ years, and have been resold in conjunction with Trimble WinEst, Sage Timberline, and InEight Estimate just to name a few.
